so I was at a street festival yesterday. your standard blocked off street, bands, drinks, food, vendor booths selling jewelry/stuff. at one end of the street, it was a little more residential, and a young woman was on her front lawn selling bowties. how could I resist? I think the intent was to put them on a headband for a hair acessory.
